Are the parts you ship original?
Stock is bought from manufacturers and authorised distributors. Every incoming lot is inspected before it is booked into the warehouse, and date codes and packaging are recorded.
Can I buy small quantities?
Yes. We routinely kit small BOMs. A single piece can be shipped, and there is no minimum order value for stock items.
How fast do you ship?
Orders for parts held in the Shenzhen warehouse are normally dispatched the same day after payment clears, and within one to three working days at the latest.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Chinese VAT invoices at 13% can be issued. Cross-border orders are quoted with the applicable trade terms.
How do I get a datasheet?
Request it through the enquiry form or by email, and the FAE team sends the manufacturer datasheet together with any qualification notes.
